Beta terms

The short version.

Ella and the Brain is provided by Optimize Labs in the Netherlands. These terms cover the private beta. By signing in you agree to them.

An invite-only beta
Access is by personal invitation and is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. The product is still being built, so features may change, pause or be removed, and it may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. We may end the beta, or your access, with reasonable notice where we can.

You stay in control
Ella prepares replies and suggestions; nothing is sent from your mailbox until you approve it. You are responsible for checking what you approve, for the accounts you connect and for having the right to share the information you add. Please do not use Ella for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to try to access another business’s data.

Your data
Your business information stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the product data guide. You can download your Brain, disconnect any account at any time, or ask us to delete your account.

Responsibility
Because this is a free beta, it is provided as it is, without guarantees of results or availability. To the extent the law allows, Optimize Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
