Your details stay private.

If you register your interest, Optimize Labs stores the email address and optional website you provide, plus a salted hash of your network address that is used only to limit how many registrations one network can make in an hour. We use the address and website only to contact you about this beta and understand who would like to try it.

We do not sell your details. You can ask us to correct or delete them, or opt out of future messages, by replying to any email we send.

Signup information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. We keep it only for as long as it is useful for this beta or required by law.

Ella and the Brain is provided by Optimize Labs in the Netherlands, which is responsible for these details. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. If you use the product, how we handle your business data and Google user data, including Gmail, is set out in the product data guide.
